Dungeons & Dragons, 2023
An editorial print design project and artist’s book that reimagines the classic feel of the Dungeons & Dragon Wikipedia page in a contemporary, neo-gothic rebranding.
The project takes its contents from the Dungeons & Dragons Wikipedia page. The book itself is perfect bound as a single edition, printed entirely on the risograph in Metallic Gold and Federal Blue.
The spreads feature high-contrast typesetting, from its gothic headers to its monospaced body copy. I aim to depart from the traditional 70s design while maintaining its trademark elements and information hierarchy in favor of a layout that feels contemporary, elegant, and elevated.
