First a student organizer with the UAW, she began designing for the wall-to-wall student worker union effort at The New School in their time as an undergraduate student pursuing a dual degree with a BA in Politics and BFA in Communication Design.
They have since worked across local government, brand design, and political communications: managing social media for the New York City Civic Engagement Commission, doing strategic research for Mercury Public Affairs, and working with designer Beatriz Lozano. They now design brand systems at Tandem NYC and serve as the first Design and Engagement Fellow for Councilmember Alexa Avilés.
